Voice Reader description

Voice Reader loads text file from the download folder of internal storage.
The user can read the text and can also listen to the text in the document.
The user can pause the speaker and can also resume it.
Only reads text file(.txt).
The file must be saved in the download folder.
Can also zoom in and zoom out text.
