USA Power Mega description

American Powerball is a double matrix game with 1 to 69 ball in the main pool PLUS 1 to 26 Powerballs from which winning numbers are chosen.

Mega Millions is double matrix game. It uses a 5/75 (for the white balls) plus 1/15 (for the "Mega Ball") to select its winning numbers.
