The product U-report is a user-generated content section of the Standard Digital which started in the year 2014.

This is the leading citizen journalism mobile app in Kenya.
U-report seeks to interact and get feedback from the common citizen on current issues and it also publishes opinions where the stories are accompanied by who wrote them and it seeks creative writing.
