Tula Alcohol and Wellness description

Tula provides 24/7 support to help people reduce their drinking. Features include an anonymous support network, articles and information related to drinking reduction and overall wellness, relaxation and mindfulness exercises, a weekly check-in and drink tracker.

Tula is based on the Comprehensive Health Enhancement Support System (CHESS), an evidence-based framework developed at the Center for Health Enhancement System Studies at the University of Wisconsin.
