We have built a gym for people of all ages, genders and fitness levels that are chasing an authentic fighters experience - without the cuts and bruises - but still with all the benefits that boxing has to offer.

Our innovative programs incorporate the perfect mix of boxing, cardio and functional exercise to replicate a day in the life of a professional boxer, all in one 45 minute session.
