Transparent Background description

Allows you to edit an image to create transparent areas; you then can choose a background from the photos or images you have stored on your device. You can brush transparency onto the image. You can also flood fill or replace pixels of a certain color with transparency. Great for artists, app developers, or anyone else that needs to modify an image so to place it over another background.
