Tether Gun description

You have been entrusted with a state of the art non-lethal weapon、the「Tether Gun」！
You can't defeat enemies directly but you can incapacitate them by
tethering them to stuff to knock them out or send them flying.
You can also tether 2 enemies together to knock them both out simultaneously!
