It's not hard to think back to better times...

I'd just been named All-Star Football Player of the Year and had the world at my feet. Luxurious houses, model girlfriends, sports cars and my face on cereal boxes across the nation. I'd made the big time.

That all changed in 2025 when the outbreak happened - a virus of unknown origin swept from east to west killing off and mutating most of the population. Fame and money didn't count for much - we were all fighting for survival. The ones who eventually seized power created this sick game to distract the masses from uncovering the truth...
