The SMILE App is a recognition and engagement app through which employees, clubs and participants can recognize each other for displaying teamwork and positive service standards and behaviors. Each time a co-worker recognizes an individual’s positive contribution, their SMILE balance will increase. SMILE balances are then redeemable for incentive offers.
