Sindicomis ACTC description
O SINDICOMIS foi criado para estudar, coordenar e proteger os interesses e direitos dos Comissários de Despachos, Agentes de Carga e Logística do Estado de São Paulo. A entidade também é colaboradora técnica do Poder Público, podendo representar diante das autoridades administrativas e judiciárias os interesses gerais da categoria, ou até mesmo as questões individuais de seus associados.O SINDICOMIS é ainda órgão reconhecido para celebrar contratos coletivos de trabalho, eleger ou designar representantes da categoria e exercer outras atividades em benefício da categoria. O SINDICOMIS é filiado à Federação do Comércio de Bens, Serviços e Turismo do Estado de São Paulo (Fecomércio-SP) e seu atual Presidente, Haroldo Silveira Piccina é Presidente do Conselho de Serviços e Vice-Presidente da entidade que representa o comércio e serviços em São Paulo.
Missão:
Representar e Defender os interesses de seus associados.
Visão:
Ser conhecido pelo segmento como Entidade Sindical que agrega valores.
Princípios:
Ação pelo propósito - Aja sempre motivado pelo propósito maior bem-estar da sociedade como um todo e nunca pelo medo, que paralisa ou nos leva a distorção em nosso próprio modo de ser.
Foco na verdade - Atue sempre apoiado na verdade, na realidade real, e nunca em ilusões e percepções distorcidas da realidade.
Equilíbrio de interesses - Não permita que nenhum interesse pessoal/parcial domine deliberações nem controle decisões.
A estrutura de governança delega autoridade para que haja diálogos e deliberações entre iguais. Não tome nenhuma decisão até que todos os diretamente afetados por ela tenham sido ouvidos.
Busca da harmonia - Sua responsabilidade é contribuir para perfeita harmonia na organização e no seu entorno, zerando os conflitos e a competição predatória. Seja sempre muito criativo na busca de "soluções ganha-ganha", no exercício de seu trabalho e em suas relações.

The SINDICOMIS is still referring to celebrate recognized collective bargaining agreements, elect or appoint representatives of the category and perform other activities for the benefit of the category. The SINDICOMIS is affiliated to the Federation of Trade in Goods, Services and Tourism of the State of São Paulo (SP-Fecomércio) and its current President, Haroldo Silveira Piccina is Chairman of the Services and Vice President of the organization representing trade and services in São Paulo.

Action by purpose - Always act motivated by greater purpose welfare of society as a whole and not by fear, which paralyzes or leads to distortion in our own way of being.

Balance of interests - Do not allow any personal / partial interests dominate deliberations or control decisions.
The governance structure of delegated authority so there is dialogue and deliberation among equals. Do not make a decision until all directly affected by it have been heard.
