This is the SATO Online Services (SOS) official app from SATO Corporation.
Users of applicable printer models can use the app
to access SOS features listed below.

Serving as "A Virtual Customer Engineer Right On Site," SOS prevents
downtime on applicable SATO printers to keep operations running stably.

1. Report A Printer Issue
When the printer displays an error message, use this app to scan the QR code shown on the display
and see procedures on how to troubleshoot the error. Resolve troubles quickly.

2. Contact
Call or email a SATO operator directly from your phone.
Also view online manuals for SOS-ready printer models.

3, Periodic Update
The printer generates a QR code that records the printer's current status and appears on the display at specified intervals.
Use this app to scan the code and update printer status on SOS.
*This feature is available only for customers with an SOS account.
