It is the process of ensuring appropriate financial products and services needed by all sections of the society in general and vulnerable groups such as weaker sections and low income groups in particular at an affordable cost in a fair and transparent manner by mainstream institutional players.

We as a Corporate Business Correspondent (CBC) company under Bank Of Baroda (BOB) aims to provide banking services to unbaked households of the country under Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) through our retail network. Our outlets are fully equipped with the infrastructure required for delivery of Banking services like No Fill Saving Bank Accounts , Deposit & Withdrawal Transactions Via Account, Deposit & Withdrawal Transactions Via AEPS(Aadhaar Enabled Payment System), IMPS( Immediate Payment System) ,Fund Transfer Between Accounts, Remittance,APY, PMJJBY,PMSBY, RD & FD account Opening, Loan Deposit & Many more Activity.

Business Facilitators:

Individuals and Civil Society Organizations(CSOs) engaged for supporting the Banks by undertaking non-financial services.Like Loan Proposal
BusinessCorrespondents(BCs):Individuals, institutional agents and other permitted entities engaged for supporting the Banks for extending financial services.Business Correspondent acts as a teller for the Bank and carries out a full range of transactions on behalf of the Bank. BC’s are paid commissions by Bank’s for the services they render.

Based on the above recommendation, Branchless Banking through Banking Agents called“Bank Mitra”(Business Correspondent) was started in the year 2006 (RBI/2005-06/288 DBOD.No.BL.BC.58/22.01.001/2005 - 2006: IssuedonJanuary25,2006).
