Full Description About Right Micro Finance:
• This company Is known as “Right Micro Finance”.
• This company will collect the money from its investors and it will reinvest in its business and it will grant loans to low-income individuals.
• Right Micro Finance is an Intermediary under the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 1999 and virtually connect lenders and borrowers through electronic platforms of website and/or mobile app. The lending transaction is purely between lenders and borrowers at their own discretion and Right Micro Finance does not assure loan fulfillment and/or investment returns. Also, the information provided on the platform is verified or checked on the best efforts basis without guarantying any accuracy in the data/information verification. Any investment decision taken by the lender on the basis of this information is at the discretion of the lender and Right Micro Finance does not guarantee that the loan amount will be recovered back from the borrower fully or partially. The risk is entirely on the lender. Right, Micro Finance will not be responsible for the full or partial loss of the principal and/or interest of lenders’ investment.
• All decisions taken by the company are solely and finally accepted by the investors if any dispute arises.
• In any legal matter the only honorable district court is competent for its hearing.
• BBPOU Services: User has the option to avail and uses payment services of Bharat Bill Payment Operating Unit (“BBPOU”) as made available or facilitated in www.rightmicrofinance.com Network (hereinafter referred to as “BBPOU Services”) through an authorized BBPOU duly empowered by National Payment Corporation of India (“NPCI”) and RBI.
• The eligibility for a user from provider to provider. However, the basic criteria are as follows:
• You should be at least 18 years old.
• you should be a citizen of India.
8. The documentation requirement also varies from issuer to issuer, some of the key documents required to apply for a user are as follows:
Identity and Signature Proof- Passport, Driving License, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID card, etc.
9. The User shall be responsible to pay fees/charges, that may be applicable to transactions executed through rightmicrofinance.com Network or for use of the rightmicrofinance.com Network/ rightmicrofinance.com Products & Services or any feature thereof, to rightmicrofinance.com or to such third party, as the case may be. However, wherein such fees/charges are applicable, the User shall be informed by rightmicrofinance.com about the nature and quantum of such fees/charges, and only upon explicit consent of the User for paying the applicable fees/charges, the transaction shall be processed further. rightmicrofinance.com shall have the full right in its sole and absolute discretion to determine the nature and quantum of fee/charges that may be applicable to the transactions executed through rightmicrofinance.com Network or for use of the rightmicrofinance.com Network or any feature thereof.
10. I have read and agreed to the Terms Of Use and Privacy and Security Policy I have understood all the risks associated with the lending transactions such as the likelihood of loss of entire principal in case of default by a borrower. I am aware that Right Micro Finance does not assure the return of principal or payment of interest.
I authorize Right Micro Finance to make any inquiries with any finance company or bank or credit bureau regarding my credit history.
