Retailer Engagement system establishes direct contact of your company with Retailers. Retailers will perform Tasks such as merchandising, maintaining retail marketing assets for you and earn. They are happy to do it, all they need is your guidance and incentive.

TODAYS TASKS
The system has a completely customized scheduler.
This enables you schedule tasks for your retailers as per the frequency that you want.
Retailer will get a notification to perform a task at a set time in the scheduler
Retailer will check the reference picture
Launch camera and takes the picture

ORDER TAKING SYSTEM
If retailer is unable to perform a task due to shortage of stock. He will be able to order the requirement from the system. The order is sent to allocated distribution and sales team

EVALUATION SYSTEM
The picture taken by camera is sent in the background to our back end evaluation system. The picture is evaluated against the parameters that you provide and real time feedback is sent

IF TASK IS REJECTED
Incase of rejection the retailer is notified about the error and asked to try again.

IF TASK IS ACCEPTED
In case of acceptance of the task a message is sent and money is added to the wallet.

REWARDS
The app maintains the wallet of every retailer. The money accumulated can be redeemed against multiple items including mobile balance & free stocks.

REPORTING
Real time reporting system connects you directly with the retailers. A modular dashboard ensures that visually you are always up to date with what is happening. Individual retailer level ledger is maintained together with complete engagement history. This system brings complete transparency regarding your transactions with the retailers.
