Refer Junction description

There are four ways this APP can be used to help people get jobs with Ikya/Quess.
(1) An employee can use this APP to refer a friend for a job who then becomes a Job Seeker.
(2) An employee can state that he/she is himself/herself looking for a change and thus become a Job Seeker.
(3) A member of the public can apply for a job and become a job Seeker.
(4) A Job Seeker can refer a friend for a job who then becomes a Job Seeker.
