Public Health Inspections description

Going to eat out, get your nails done or head to the pool in Toronto, York or Peel Regions? Be sure to download the unofficial Public Health Inspections App and check for health code violations first!

Easy to use and informative, the Health Inspections app allows you to quickly browse the public health inspection information about your favorite restaurants, spas and pools. You can browse by inspections, violations and businesses. Each violation contains a detailed explanation and inspection date.

We currently support inspection data from the following areas but more are being added regularly:

York Region York Safe (includes Spas, Pools and Restaurants)
Peel Region Food Check (only includes Restaurants)
Toronto Dine Safe (only includes Restaurants)

Upcoming areas to be supported:
Ottawa
Waterloo Region

The app pulls data regularly so you'll always have the most up to date information at your fingertips. It doesn't collect any personal information and only requires an internet connection so the health information is always current.
