Pixel Motion description

Currently it's rather simple graphic editor, suitable for pixel art and it supports those features:

-layers editing support
-grid, convenient for editing pixels
-frame animation support, onion skin, export to gif, mp4 and apng file formats

-import/export pictures to/from other apps
