His Excellency Pen Vibol, undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Cults and Religions and also President of the Printing and Education Support Association. He was a monk and has been studying Buddhism discipline for many years.

During his lifetime as a monk, as well as now, His Excellency fulfilled the mission of educating students and people almost everywhere. With a desire to use Buddhism discipline to educate the people so that everyone can have a better mental, moral and life, he has created many videos and articles as a means of educating people around the word.

At the same time, H.E created PEN VIBOL Mobile App as a better way for both local and foreign citizens to read, listen and watch for the benefit of educating them to choose the right way to life.

The PEN VIBOL Mobile App was developed under the guidance and management of H.E. Pen Vibol and is a mobile application that incorporates educational programs through video, text, audio and video that he has compiled in the Buddhism discipline, knowledge, good ideas, personal experiences in his life to reflect in a new guided way for everyone better life.
