Fundado em Dezembro de 2008, e oficializado em Janeiro de 2009, o jornal sempre isento e sem nenhum vínculo com política, avesso ao sensacionalismo, pode ser independente e basicamente seu foco é no aspecto comercial, onde a parceria com anunciantes permite aprofundamento em todos os setores da sociedade, buscando somar e muito mais que isso melhorar as condições de conhecimento da cidade e de seu povo. Eduardo Soares, Jornalista com forte formação no marketing e no comercial, abdicou de sua carreira em São Paulo e fincou raízes em Cotia e hoje 17 anos depois, juntamente com seus filhos os também jornalistas Luiz Soares e Letícia Soares é o responsável pelo Jornal. Luiz Soares, Jornalista, Design Gráfico e também diretor, responde pela direção de redação. Letícia Soares Jornalista, publicitária é responsável pelo departamento de Criação e Arte, Profa. Ana Duarte Lenotti, conceituada educadora de nossa região é nossa Revisora Ortográfica. Ademir Carpi da Ckora Assessoria Empresarial cuida do nosso Departamento Fiscal. Dra. Fabiana Calfat Nami Haddad da Calfat Advocacia, responde pelo departamento jurídico. Somos auditados em nossa tiragem pela Athros Auditores Independentes, cuja impressão é feita há 5 anos na Atlântica Gráfica e Editora e nossa distribuição também há 5 anos é feita pela Unção Distribuição e Comunicação. Nossa agência, a HGC Publicidade cuida do desenvolvimento gráfico e editorial.
