No need to upload your CV once you have completed your profile on the platform. It is up to you when to reveal your identity and apply for a particular position. Your information is fully discrete, and none of it will be displayed to the Company HR staff until you apply. When you do apply, you will be able to answer the employer 's questions through an integrated interview system and schedule a call or a meeting even for multiple positions at once. We are sure 100% that employees are the key to the success of the company. So we aim to improve and make the employee selection process more effective, easy and attractive.

Traditionally, recruitment is a very long and time-consuming process which is not survived by the best candidates. The best ones might be lost in the pile of CVs and gone to the other companies.

Corporate job opening attracts up to 250 resumes, and only 4-5 are selected candidates are selected for interview. So we came up with the idea of automating this part of the recruiting process creating a unique matching algorithm. Relevant education, work experience, knowledge, salary - these and many other criteria can be matched automatically with a particular job position.
