RASHTRIYA SANSKRITI MAHOTSAV as it is named, is the National Cultural Festival of India, conceptualized by the Ministry of Culture , Government of India to celebrate spirit of Tradition, Culture, Heritage and Diversity of our incredible country . With a broader objective to PRESERVE, PROMOTE & POPULARISE the heritage of Indian Spirit , reconnect the new generation with our culture and showcase to the country and the world our soft power of unity in diversity.

We are happy to share with you that 14 premier organizations dedicated towards the support , promotion and growth of Indian Art and culture is coming together to celebrate this unique ensemble of India. The seven Zonal cultural Centre's of India [ ZCC's of East, West, North, South, North Central, South Central and North East ] , Buddhist and Tibetan Institutes of India [ BTI ], National School of Drama [ NSD ] , Sahitya Akademi [ SA ], Lalit Kala Akademi [ LA ], Sangeet Natak Akademi [ SNA ] , Kalakshetra Foundation [ KF ] and Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts [ IGNCA ] .
