Lumesse Connect is your employee app for optimal communication and collaboration. Accelerate the digital transformation in your company and improve employee retention. Lumesse Connect establishes a digital connection between all employees in the company by providing a user-friendly platform for chatting, networking, sharing information, onboarding new employees and social learning.

Communication - Encourage communication by giving each employee a voice. Real-time chat, news articles, voting - all corporate communication takes place in a secure environment. A current employee directory ensures that all employees are involved.
Teams - Colleagues can chat and network with each other, expert groups can collaborate with each other, for example, the time from a new idea to implementation can be shortened and thus innovation can be speeded up. With the virtual bulletin board, all employees, including those in the field, in production or in the home office, can share or organize information. A calendar integration for team events and meetings supports the entire process of planning, coordinating, communicating & registering.
