But the evil witch appeared at the ball and placed a sleeping curse on everyone, and all the people fell asleep. The whole kingdom was blanketed in a thick sheet of snow. The princess reproached herself for letting the country get into trouble. The patron of the country told her they can help her wake up the prince, but she is the only one who can save the country.
