LatinCom 2015 description

The IEEE LATINCOM is the most important IEEE ComSoc conference organized in Latin America that has attracted many authors and attendees from all the world since its first editions. The 7th Latin-American Conference on Communications (LATINCOM 2015) will be held in Arequipa, Peru on November 4-6, 2015.
