Jharkhand DWSD description

DWSD,GoJ initiated a centralized call center in 2008. with a view to enable villagers to register complain for non functional Hand pumps. It was envisaged that through this common villagers will be able to lodge complain with DWSD Head Quarter at Ranchi using facilities available at local Pragya Kendra regarding water and sanitation issues in the village. Usability of the service offered was appreciated and it caught immediate attention of the people.
