If you want to create a new category, just click on Tag button provided and at the bottom of the screen you can find 'Add new tag' edit box and a create button to create the tag.

If you want to delete a category from Idioms and Phrases app then long click on the category and you will get Delete option.

Once you create a new tag then it will be added to the existing categories, you can create any number of tags you want.

If you want to tag a word to any category, all you have to do is click on Tag button provided at the bottom of the page and check all the categories in which you want to tag that specific word and come back to your learning, the app will take care of the rest.
