Ichnos Fitness Tracker description
Ichnos Fitness Tracker lets you create and use custom workout programs. Designed with powerlifting in mind, Ichnos focuses on what really matters in a fitness program - planning and tracking progress over time.
You can either create your own workout programs or use the repository to see how other people are choosing to train. If you see a workout program you like, you can download it and use it, or even edit the program to fit your own training needs. If you've created a program you're proud of, feel free to upload it to the repository for others to use.
The workout editor is flexible enough to allow for both simple day-to-day workouts as well as more complex periodization-based training schemes. The app handles scheduling and calculations, so you can focus on your training. All your workouts are tracked in a log, so you can see how your fitness has improved over time.
Ichnos comes with a set of sample workout programs based on popular powerlifting and strength-training programs. You can either use these programs as-is or you can customize them to fit your training style.
