Horn Telolet description

What the hell does "om telolet om" mean?
Actually we do not have the meaning behind these words, initially in areas such as Jawa Indonesia extremely hits when there is a passing bus lane road and a small children around there shouted: "om telolet om", if lucky horn of the bus will sound like "telolet", if not lucky only audible horn sound unusual. Just se imple it originally, but some how this phenomenon became viral on social media.
