Guide Final Fantasy XV description

The superfans guide to Final Fantasy.
Game System
- The game engine is changed from Ebony (PS3 Environment) to Luminous Studio (with Ebony integration).
At time being the data is porting to Luminous Studio.

Battle System
- The system named Active Cross Battle (AXB)
- Can't switch between characters
- Choose one weapon to be main weapon, which can be switch during combat
- There are skills attached to each weapon
- It's important to set the right weapons before entering combat
- Tandem attacks can evolve and be chained together
- Parrying a stronger enemy's attack flows into a tandem attack

Button Navigation
- Attack
- Mash or holding down attack button perform basic combo attack (Note: button mashing will execute normal attack and chain them in a combo)
- Timing the attacks will result in using special attacks (counter or parry)
- Defense
- The block button (block or evade) costs MP
- Skill
- Not mentioned yet
- Jump
- Able to jump
- Parkour (Aerial-move)
- There will be parkour attacks that are unique to each of the tougher enemies
- Shift
- The state of all movements at warp-like speed for speedy battles. (plus a bunch of swords fanning out from Noct.)

Game Aspect
- Noctis friends react to the situation and will voice their opinions or explain the situation to you from time to time
- There's a feature to fish in lakes, ocean and rivers
- Player can drop by to a gas station to take a rest, eat meals or obtain information
- There're monsters that become more active at night
- Chocobos might be included in the game (showed at the demo)

Time Play
- The plan is for a 40-hour game if player only focus on the main scenario. Take much longer if player go explore the world (dungeons, etc.)

Trivia
- FF XV has same style in regards to attacking with FF Type-0 (in term of hold down button for basic combo)
- Player character designs were heavily influenced by Kingdom Hearts characters
- The Luminous Studio engine support for more than enough to surpassed Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children
- The development team climbed mountains in order to depict them in the game
