Gauchão 2017 description

O Campeonato Gaúcho de Futebol de 2017 será disputado em quatro fases, sendo:

1ª fase (Classificatória): disputada por todas as 12 equipes, em apenas um grupo (Grupo A) e em turno único. Os 8 primeiros colocados classificaram-se para a 2ª fase e os três últimos classificados serão rebaixados à Divisão de Acesso de 2017.
2ª fase (Quartas-de-finais): disputada pelas 8 equipes melhores colocadas na 1ª fase, em jogo único.
3ª fase (Semifinal): disputada pelas 4 equipes vencedoras da 2ª fase.
4ª fase (Final): disputada pelas 2 equipes vencedoras das semifinais, em jogos de ida e volta. The 2017 Football Gaucho Championship will be played in four phases, as follows:

    1st phase (Graded): disputed by all 12 teams in one group (Group A) and in a single round. 8 finishers classified to the 2nd stage and the last three players will be demoted to the 2017 Access Division.
    2nd phase (Quarter-finals): played by the 8 best teams placed in the 1st phase in single game.
    3rd stage (semifinal): disputed by four winning teams of the 2nd phase.
    Stage 4 (Final): played by the two winning teams of the semifinals in round games and back.
