In the City, knowledge is power, and technology reigns supreme. CityNet, a government Agency, uses unparalleled access to the network to protect its citizens - from dangers in the City and outside. Halley, a hacker, disagrees with this concept. The city feels more like a cage. Her goal is simple - break the cage by using its strength to her advantage.
