Free SMS Belarus description

Sending SMS to Life :) subscribers is available, but not always due to technical reasons. All Belarussian operators are supported.

A SMS subscriber should be connected to the service "SMS via the Internet" (this service is usually free, detailed information is available on the website of the respective operator).
Activation:
Velcom: send an SMS with the text websms start to 511; Warning! The cost of SMS-request to the number 511 is about 15 us cents.
MTS: send an SMS with the text "a" or "A" to 0870 250;
Life ;): service is activated by default.

Limiting the number of sent SMS:
Velcom: 10 SMS per day from the same IP-address; 10 SMS per day per subscriber number;
MTS: 10 SMS per day from the same IP-address;
Life ;): 5 SMS per day from the same IP-address; 5 SMS per day per subscriber number.
