I wanted to share with you one of my special free diet meal plan that I absolutely love. Surprisingly, it comes in the form of a salad, but it is freaking awesome.

This salad is not really low in calories, it's not low in fat, it's not low in carbs….but it is super high in everything that is really good for you.! Its full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that’s will keep appetite satisfied for hours. And when your satisfied and full of nutrients, there are nooo cravings for sweets or super fatty snacks.
