As this information can be of great importance for several groups of people (diabetes, fitness, sportmen, children ...) only official resources have been consulted.

In this version, the following data sources have been used:

1. UK Nutrient Databank - Foods Standards Agency (UK Government)
2. BEDCA - Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation and Spanish Ministry of Health and Social Policy
