Wheels description

This app is for the Philadelphia Center City area only. You may want to wait until future versions to download it. I mean you could download it now if you wanted to but why would you want to. I mean I'm not even describing the app hardly at all. All I'm saying is that yes the app will eventually be a great ridesharing app but it's not great right now. In fact some people have said it's pretty bad. let me be honest, they said it was the worst they've seen, which hurt my feelings. I think it's ok but I have to be honest, many people don't like it.
