This app helps you to face negative emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, etc.

In emotional situation, thought can be extreme like "definitely", "always" or "forever".

This app helps you to recognize
- which emotion(s) did I feel
- strength of emotion(s)
- typical extreme thought
and then you can find another way of thinking by referencing example way of thinking.

When you feel or think something negative, please tap + button in the home screen, and then answer some questions.

Occasionally, your negative thought might be vanished during the answering process.
Anyway, please tap + button in the home screen when something happens to you.
