Family TRAK 000 is the AUSTRALIAN Triple-Zero (000), Emergency Alert & Family Safety GPS location App.

★ If you or your group members encounter any Danger or an Emergency the Family TRAK 000 App can instantly Alert group members of the Situation including where the loved one is located.

Family TRAK 000 Features:

✔ MAKE EMERGENCY CALL - Auto dials Triple Zero (000) and alerts your group that a user has called 000
✔ CALL STATE EMERGENCY SERVICE (SES) - Auto dials SES and alerts your group that a user has called SES
✔ CALL POLICE NON-EMERGENCY - Auto dials Police Non-Emergency and alerts your group that a user has called Police Non-Emergency
✔ TELL THE OPERATOR YOUR LOCATION - Read out to the Emergency Services Operator your current Geo-verified Street address including latitude/longitude.
✔ PLEASE CONTACT - Send/Receive Contact messages to/from other group members
✔ ROUTE - The route to a person in your group that activated Alert my Family or called 000
✔ USERS - Ability to add/remove users easily from Family Locator

★ Any user in trouble can instantly advise all group members pressing ALERT MY FAMILY, or when they call STATE EMERGENCY SERVICE (SES), POLICE NON-EMERGENCY or during a serious emergency when MAKE EMERGENCY CALL is selected ALL group members are notified.

★ CALL and EMERGENCY ALERT notifications received on family, friends or loved ones mobile phones display who transmitted the Alert or made a call, their GPS location on a map, the date/time and the route to get to them. The family location function can quickly pinpoint the location of any family member.

★ Examples of Family TRAK 000 use:

Your loved one is alone and in danger, they open the app and simply press on ALERT MY FAMILY or during a serious emergency press on MAKE EMERGENCY CALL, which auto dials 000.

You will then instantly receive:
✔ A Siren notification on your Mobile phone from Family TRAK 000 displaying their name
✔ What the person in danger selected either "EMERGENCY ALERT" or "CALLED 000, SES or POLICE-NON EMERGENCY"
✔ Where they are currently located on a map
✔ The route to their accurate location by GPS Tracking system

HOW TO SET UP THE APP:
1. Head user (perhaps a parent) downloads the app from Google Play or iTunes.
2. Head user registers an account and receives an activation link via email.
3. Head user goes to USER and adds family members to this Family Locator app
4. Once a user has been added they will receive an email sent to their Email-ID. Simply press on “CLICK HERE TO ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT”.
5. User downloads the app from Google play or iTunes via a link contained in the email.
6. After Family TRAK 000 is downloaded the user logs on with the user email ID and password contained in the Email

- The Emergency screen: "Make Emergency Call, Call SES and Call Police Non-Emergency" Auto dialing feature and "Tell the operator your location" are ALWAYS FREE
-After 7 days the Family TRAK 000 subscription of AU $2.49 per month includes up to 6 group members and enables entire Family Locator App features.
