- This application used by company and facility user which is KLCCUH team & contractors respectively to attend to the work order that have been raised.
- This allows the user to monitor the work progress such as New, In Progress, Waiting, Completed, & Closed status in the mobile app.
- The scope of maintenance works that include in the mobile app is Unscheduled Work Order, Scheduled Work Order, Completed Work Order, Customer Request Management, Asset Information, Reassign Work Order, Spare Part Return, ER Capture, and Raise Work Order.
