This tool supports the longstanding United Nations program to track and monitor the desert locust across its range. This has been developed jointly between the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and Penn State University under the Memorandum of Understanding between the two organizations. All intellectual property rights, including copyright are vested in FAO, including, without any limitations, the right to use, publish, translate, sell or distribute, privately or publicly, any item or part thereof.
