 Quienes Somos?

Ecoguia una empresa que a través de tecnologías innovadoras ofrecemos soluciones para el desarrollo sostenible del planeta, comprometidos con la preservación del medio ambiente.

Tenemos como meta disminuir el consumo de papel generando en nuestra web nuevas alternativas de comunicación y así poder disminuir el consumo de tarjetas de presentación en toda Suramérica. El color verde de nuetro planeta da una belleza inmensa y alegría a todos los seres humanos debemos preservarlo y aprovechar el medio de comunicación mas eficaz y menos contaminante que existe como lo es el internet. Por eso nosotros decimos “menos papel mas vida”

Ecoguia esta conformada por un grupo de jóvenes estudiantes todos vinculados por la misma afinidad “La preservación de nuestro hermoso Planeta Tierra” queriendo dejar nuestro rastro como líderes en preservación poniendo nuestro grano de arena con ideas tecnológicas las cuales ayuden así sea un poco a que se disminuya la tala de árboles para la fabricación de papel para cosas que también pueden prestarse de manera digital, este es uno de los proyectos q tenemos para este aporte a nuestra amada tierra.

Primer detalle del día.

Los “estatus de información” u otro contenido posteado por el usuario en la APP de ECO GUIA COLOMBIA, “bajo su discreción o dirección” más técnicamente hablando, pasan a ser considerado contenido publicado y no información personal identificable sujeta a esta Política. Vamos por partes,  qué son los “anuncios”? Según las Condiciones de Uso, su app. Pero la APP de ECO GUIA COLOMBIA el mayor grado de interacción que permite es ponerse en contacto con ellos vía mail. De hecho en el blog ni tan siquiera es posible hacer comentarios. Por tanto, aunque “ECOGUIA” hace expresamente referencia a su web, tiene que haber algo más. El tema es que ECOGUIA tiene más “sitios” además de la web, su perfil en Facebook y Twitter, y ahí sí creo que tendría sentido esta previsión.

En otras palabras, lo que esta condición está diciendo es que los comentarios que yo como usuario (de Internet entiendo) haga en el Facebook o Twitter de ECOGUIA, no quedan sujetos a esta Política de Privacidad al pasar a ser “contenido publicado” (a ver si descubrimos qué es eso a lo largo de la Política) y no tener la consideración de información personal identificable. Haya información personal o no en esos comentarios.

Lo que ocurre es que justo en el párrafo anterior se decía exactamente lo contrario, es decir, que cualquier estatus proporcionado a través de los sites de ECOGUIA que incluyera información de carácter personal, quedaba sujeto a esta Política de Privacidad. Es decir, que si yo, no siendo usuario de ECOGUIA y por tanto no habiendo aceptado esta Política de Privacidad, les hacía alguna pregunta en su Twitter o Facebook y revelaba así un dato personal (por ejemplo mi correo electrónico), ese dato quedaba sujeto a esta Política de Privacidad. Algo que no tenía mucho sentido a decir verdad.

Por tanto, el segundo párrafo queda automáticamente excepcionado por este tercero en cuanto al hecho de la información publicada en los sitios de ECOGUIA, consistentes por ahora en su web pero sobretodo en los perfiles de Twitter y Facebook. De modo que si publicamos en esos lugares algo que contenga información de carácter personal, no queda sujeto a esta Política de Privacidad. En el fondo es lógica esta previsión, la que no tenía sentido era la del segundo párrafo.

Un clásico de cualquier política, ésta puede cambiar o ser revisa de forma periódica, algo que se indicará en el texto.  Cómo saber de estos cambios? Visitando mucho esta página para así detectar los cambios. Si seguimos usando los servicios de ECOGUIA quiere decir que aceptamos la Política de Privacidad y sus futuros cambios.

Ecoguia is formed by a group of young students all linked by the same affinity "The preservation of our beautiful Planet Earth" wanting to leave our trail as leaders in preserving putting our grain of sand with technological ideas which help and a little to that decrease deforestation for making paper for things that can also be provided digitally, this is one of the projects q have for this contribution to our beloved land.

 

First detail of the day.

 

The "status information" or other content posted by the user in the APP ECO COLOMBIA GUIDE, "in its discretion or direction" more technically speaking, become published content and not considered personally identifiable information subject to this Policy. We split, what are the "ads"? According to the Terms of Use, your app. But APP GUIDE ECO COLOMBIA the highest degree of interaction that is to contact them via mail. In fact in the blog it is not even possible to comment. Therefore, although "Ecoguía" expressly refers to its website, it has to be something else.
