Doctor Over description

A patient is monitored by set of resident doctors (junior doctors) and they have a shift of some hours. After their shift they need to maintain patient’s over i.e. record of its condition and various other parameters. Using Doctor Over, doctors can now update patients over directly on our app and all the other doctors in monitoring the same patient get to see it the same time it enters using our app.

Doctor Over Features:
- Create a group of doctors for monitoring patient
- Patient Over has the following parameters: Condition, Blood Report, Radiology, Pulse, Temperature, Respiration, etc.
- Patient Over can be added by any person in the group
- All the other members get the see the details at the same moment
- Doctor can monitor its patients even by siting far away from the country

This is just a basic app and only for testing purpose.
