Diabetes App description

This app allows Diabetics to input Blood Sugar Levels, and Meals that they have eaten. After adding the BS Levels and Meals you can view them. This app also makes it easy to send both your BS Levels and Meals to your doctor or anyone as long as you have their email address. I hope this app helps you keep a close monitor on your blood sugar levels as it has helped me. Thanks!
