CMDSS for Agents Network description

Purpose of the CMDSS is to help Trust Bank Mobile Money Division, the business division of the Bank that looks after the Mobile Financial Service (MFS) arm of the Bank, in managing its agents, the dealers and distributors with better data and decision making tools. The agents will be provided with an easy to use mobile app that would show their cash balances so they will be better able to track and manage their cash positions. Each agent is part of a distributor, dealer and agent chain or hierarchy and the parties in a hierarchy would see the position of the entities lower to them in the hierarchy. So the four parties using the system are the Bank, and the distributor, dealer and agent chain. This system will be visible to and inform dealers, distributors and the Bank itself, on cash management matters especially how much digital cash and hard cash is there at a particular time to an agent, dealer, and distributor. Overall the CMDSS will be a part of the greater TBMM system and work to assist decision makers to make decision regarding infusion of hard and digital cash.
