De Checklist Risico Crisisdienst (CRC) APP helpt GGZ hulpverleners bij het beoordelen van een crisismelding.

Bij deze CRC wordt met behulp een aantal parameters de kans op agressie berekend. Met dit in het achterhoofd kan de zorgprofessional de crisismelding beter voorbereid, en indien nodig met behulp van achtervang of begeleiding van politie of collega(’s), tegemoet treden.

Dit gaat ongeveer als volgt te werk:
• De hulpverlener maakt een case aan in de APP
• De hulpverlener doorloopt een aantal keuzeschermen in de APP (de vragen uit de CRC)
• De laatste vraag in de app is de eigen inschatting over het agressierisico
• Daarna geeft de APP de hulpverlener feedback op basis van de gemaakt keuzes.

Op dit moment kan de hulpverlener:
• Toetsen of zijn/haar inschatting de juiste is
• Zijn/haar mening bijstellen en de crisismelding verder afhandelen

Na afhandeling van de crisismelding kan de hulverlener de crisismelding vervolgens evalueren. De data wordt vervolgens doorgestuurd naar de backoffice voor verdere verwerking als onderzoeksdata. Alle informatie is volledig anoniem en niet herleidbaar naar de client. De voorspelling van de app en de evaluatie-data blijft met elkaar verbonden, waardoor de het voorspellend vermogen van de app verbeterd kan worden en de omvang van onderzoeksdata vergroot wordt.
