Programma escursioni CAI sezione di Palestrina
Il Club Alpino si rivolge a chi ha passione per la natura e la montagna, condivide con noi il rispetto dell'ambiente, la scoperta della cultura e la solidarietà tra gli uomini. Dal 1863 il CAI è presente in Italia per valorizzare e far conoscere le Alpi e l’Appennino.
Dal 1983 è stata costituita la Sezione CAI a Palestrina.
L’iscrizione al CAI è una scelta a favore delle montagne promuovendo l'alpinismo, l’escursionismo, la sosta nei rifugi e nei paesi, l’attenzione al binomio cultura e natura, per la tutela delle risorse ed il miglioramento socio-economico delle popolazioni locali.
È importante sostenere l'azione e l'impegno di una piccola Sezione CAI con soci appassionati ed amici, come nel caso di Palestrina, antica città che sorge sull’antica Praeneste (II secolo a.C.), posta sulle pendici del Monte Ginestro, una delle sommità dei monti Prenestini.

The Alpine Club caters to those who have a passion for nature and the mountains, shares with us the environment, the discovery of culture and solidarity among men. Since 1863 the CAI is present in Italy for enhancing and promoting the Alps and the Apennines.
Since 1983 it has been established to Section CAI in Palestrina.
Registration for the CAI is a choice in favor of the mountains promoting mountaineering, hiking, stopping in shelters and in the countries, the attention to the combination of culture and nature, for the protection of resources and the socio-economic improvement of the local populations.
It is important to support the action and commitment of a small section with fans CAI members and friends, as in the case of Palestrina, the ancient city that lies on the ancient Praeneste (second century BC), located on the slopes of Mount Ginestro, one of top Prenestini mountains.
