**Special Instructions**
Homeowners can leave special instructions to help minimize on-site issues.

In-app messaging connects you directly with the homeowner if you have any questions or concerns.

**Job Cancelation**
If you have to cancel job, provide a short explanation and have an option to reschedule or give the job to another Mower.

**Job Completion**
Walk through the job checklist and once everything is checked off, tap "Complete."
