Black Dog Snapshot description

Black Dog Institute’s Snapshot is a mobile app that allows Australian adults aged 18 years and over to measure and monitor mental health and lifestyle factors that influence their wellbeing.

Your answers to a series of simple questions allows Snapshot to assess your general happiness, mood and anxiety, as well as work stress, sleep, social support and alcohol intake. The feedback it provides you is based on comparisons with Australian population data including the Black Dog index. All help and support recommendations made by Snapshot are reputable and evidence-based programs and resources.

Snapshot is completely confidential, and your responses and scores are not shared with any third parties. The app is also password protected on your mobile device.
