He can not stop running because he's scared and he is in a depression like state,help him reach all level's ends to free him from this madness.
In order to get Out of his dreams and survive he needs to run through all the levels fight all the obstacles and arrive to the end of the last level, where he will wake up from his nightmare in his beautifull bed room.
