BAT SoBC description

Our Standards of Business Conduct (SoBC) are a set of global policies of BAT , expressing the high standards of integrity we are committed to upholding. Our SoBC policies cover a wide range of areas including Speak Up, anti-bribery and corruption, gifts and entertainment, workplace and human rights, lobbying and public contributions, data privacy, confidentiality and information security, anti-money laundering and tax evasion, sanctions, and many others.

This SoBC app enables users to:
• View our SoBC policies in multiple languages
• Search for their local confidential Speak Up (whistleblowing) hotline, and call from the app
• Login to the SoBC portal to disclose conflicts of interest
• View SoBC-related procedures and other guidance while on the go (within the BAT network)
• Contact the Group Designated Officers (GDO’s) or Head of Compliance at the Group HQ
• Access other information such as how to Speak Up, who to speak to if you have questions or concerns, and the role of line managers in supporting a culture of integrity
