Appointment M-Book description

Appointment M-Book is an generic appointment booking application. Both the customers and service providers can use the same application and manage the appointments.

Features for Customers:
- Customer can book appointments for various services from different service providers.
- He has option to delete/cancel the appointment.
- Once the appointment has been accepted by the service provider customer will be notified.
- Customer has option to check the completed appointments for future reference.
- Customer can see the ratings given to the service provider while booking appointment.

Features for Service Providers:
- Service provider has option add services he provides.
- Service provider will be notified if any appointment is booked for his service.
- Service provider can manage the appointments according to date or according to service type.
- Service provider has option to reject the appointment made by giving valid reason.
- Appointments are listed as pending, accepted and completed.
